Chief Engineer

Qualification:

• Min. 4 yrs experience in the same position
• Excellent knowledge of major building systems & property maintenance
• Strong leadership skill and good managerial skill
• Good command of speaking and written English
• Preferably graduated from University

Chief Housekeeping

Qualification:

• Min. 2 yrs working experience in a 4 stars hotel or Serviced Apartment at the same position or at least as an Asst. Executive Housekeeper.
• Having Min. D-3 from reputable Hotel & Tourism Academy.
• Able to operate Realta System
• Budget and manpower control
• Has a leadership skill and able to work under pressure.
