• GRO (Guest Relation Office)
• GSA (Guest Service Agent)

Basic Qualifications:

1. Hotel Diploma
2. Posses a good communication skills and proportional height and weight
3. A minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a similar position in Hospitality Industry for GRO
4. Fresh Graduated is welcome for GSA
5. Excellent command in both written and spoken English, and computer literate
