A  new progressive resort company, is opening in an iconic beach & surfing location in Pantai Keramas  Gianyar is looking for :

1. Executive Chef

    Qualification :

    -    Must be “hands on” and able to practice and demonstrate excellent technical kitchen skills.

    -    Must have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation.

    -    Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation.

    -    With a very Pro active and positive attitude to work, and demonstrate flexibility.

    -    Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school

    -    At least has 5 years kitchen experience in 5 Star Hotel at supervisory level, with a minimum of 2 yrs as Executive Chef

2. Revenue Manager

    Qualification :

    -    Excellent command in both written and spoken English, and computer literate

    -    Proven excellent working experience at 4 or 5 stars International Hotel

    -    A professional attitude & a commitment to excellence

    -    experience with site-minder channel manager and booking button
